Justin brings more than 35 years of experience across funds management, superannuation, and investment banking. He retired as CEO of Cbus in 2023 and currently serves as Chair of Pacific Current Limited and Mosaic Private, and as a Director of Myer Family Investments, Cannatrek, and Cooper Investors.

He previously held senior leadership roles at BlackRock, including Country Head for Australia and Head of the Institutional Client Business for the UK, Middle East and Africa, and was CEO of the Victorian Funds Management Corporation. Earlier in his career, Justin spent 19 years in senior roles at Goldman Sachs and JBWere.

He holds Law and Commerce degrees from the University of Melbourne and completed the Advanced Management Program at the Wharton School.

Monique Andrew

Monique Andrew is a seasoned executive and strategic adviser with over 15 years’ experience across investment, strategy, and law in Australia, the UK, and the US. She is currently Chief Strategy Officer at Harris Capital, where she plays a key role in shaping the firm’s growth agenda.

Monique is also Executive Director of the Transition Accelerator – a capital mobilisation platform for climate-aligned projects – and serves as a Senior Adviser to E&P Financial Group. Her governance experience includes a board role at RMIT Activator, the university’s entrepreneurship and innovation hub.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws and Commerce from the University of Melbourne, and an MBA from the University of Cambridge.

Over those 15 years, he originated, funded, and managed ~$2.5 billion of residential, commercial, business, and private credit transactions and developed deep relationships with trusted bank and non-bank funding partners.

After managing the Harris family’s private credit investments since 2018, they formalised the partnership and co-founded Mosaic Private. As Chief Executive Officer, David is responsible for funds management, capital raising, investment execution and business strategy.

Brad has extensive fund management and investment experience. He sits on four Investment Committees that each manage nine-figure investment portfolios. He is the founder of two fund management businesses and has overseen the implementation of multiple fund structures, deal structures, investment, compliance, and governance initiatives.

He is CEO and Chairman of Harris Capital, a leading Australian family office with extensive asset and investment management experience and a $25m cornerstone investment in the Mosaic Capital Fund.

Brad sits on four charitable boards, including The Epworth Medical Foundation, Hawthorn Football Club Foundation and Harris Family Foundation.

Geoff Harris

Geoff is a co-founder of Flight Centre, one of the world’s largest travel businesses with operations in 25 countries.

He is an experienced private equity and private credit investor, including being the first investor in Boost Juice, assisting its growth from 4 stores to over 200 stores.

He has extensive philanthropic interests in developing affordable housing and supporting disadvantaged youth, including social enterprises STREAT and Reach foundations.

Her past roles include being a licensed financial adviser specialising in technical and complex structures, and then at Deloitte where she built their Melbourne’s specialist governance, regulatory and conduct team and worked with some of the country’s largest banks, Australian Financial Services Licenses (AFSLs), insurers and acted as liaison to industry regulators.

Currently Kristina works with QuarterFive Family Wealth where she is responsible for the firm’s AFSL framework and advisory practices; with BlueRock Private Wealth to oversee their three lines of defence and risk framework; and sits on the Risk and Compliance Committee for a number of AFSLs and family offices.

She played a pivotal role in designing and implementing efficient operational frameworks, conducting rigorous quality control, and ensuring full compliance with evolving regulatory standards.

Sarah brings over 10 years of experience across private credit, deal structuring, and portfolio management. She was part of the founding team at Centuria Bass, where she supported the growth of the Fund from an $10m loan book to a multi-billion-dollar private credit manager. In her most recent role as Associate Director, she led origination, due diligence, credit submissions, and portfolio oversight across a diverse range of property-backed transactions. 

Sarah began her commercial property finance career at ANZ, managing a significant loan portfolio and supporting clients across complex debt transactions.

Joe Tobin

Prior to joining Mosaic Private, Joe worked at Stamford Capital, where he structured finance solutions for a diverse client base, from individual investors to large-scale developers.

He has built a broad network across financial services and the commercial property sector, underpinned by a practical understanding of market dynamics, client needs and is recognised for his ability to deliver clear and actionable advice.

Jordan Deakin

Jordan joins us with over 8 years experience across investment, credit, and transaction services. Most recently, he was Associate Director at Merricks Capital, where he led the origination, structuring, and execution of private credit investments across real estate, infrastructure, and food & agriculture. His earlier roles at Macquarie Group, Deloitte and EY have shaped a deep foundation in credit analysis, M&A, and assurance. 

Jordan is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction, along with a Business and Financial Modelling specialisation from Wharton.

Before joining Mosaic Private, Ash worked as a Fund and Management Accountant at HedgeServ and Vicinity Centres, cultivating his property expertise and modelling proficiency. Since joining Mosaic Private, Ash has built upon his skillset, developing significant credit expertise and demonstrating ingenuity in crafting funding solutions.

Ash holds a Bachelor of Accounting and Information Systems (Professional) from Swinburne University and is completing his final CPA examination.

Matthew Mallison

Before joining Mosaic Private as Senior Associate, Matt worked for seven years at a commercial broking firm, focusing on the analysis and execution of a wide range of investment and development transactions. His last two years at Pallas Capital focused on procuring new lending opportunities and helping deliver risk-adjusted returns for their investors.

Matt holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Finance & Economics) from Deakin University.

Viren Sood

He joins us from Commonwealth Bank of Australia, where he supported the origination and execution of real estate investment and development transactions within the Major Client Group. Prior to this, Viren spent three years at Urbis, developing strong capabilities in property economics, feasibility analysis, and market research for developers, REITs, and institutional investors.

Viren holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics & Finance) with a minor in Real Estate from the University of Melbourne.

She was part of the founding team at Centuria Bass, where she supported the growth of the Fund from an $10m loan book to a multi-billion-dollar private credit manager. In her most recent role as Associate Director, she led origination, due diligence, credit submissions, and portfolio oversight across a diverse range of property-backed transactions. 

    Sarah began her commercial property finance career at ANZ, managing a significant loan portfolio and supporting clients across complex debt transactions.

    Joe is an Associate Director with six years’ experience in commercial property advisory and transaction execution.

    Prior to joining Mosaic Private, Joe worked at Stamford Capital, where he structured finance solutions for a diverse client base, from individual investors to large-scale developers.

    He has built a broad network across financial services and the commercial property sector, underpinned by a practical understanding of market dynamics, client needs and is recognised for his ability to deliver clear and actionable advice.

    Joe is a Committee member of Old Xaverians Football Club.

  • Jordan Deakin

    Associate Director - Investments

    Jordan joins us with over 8 years experience across investment, credit, and transaction services. Most recently, he was Associate Director at Merricks Capital, where he led the origination, structuring, and execution of private credit investments across real estate, infrastructure, and food & agriculture. His earlier roles at Macquarie Group, Deloitte and EY have shaped a deep foundation in credit analysis, M&A, and assurance. 

    Jordan is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction, along with a Business and Financial Modelling specialisation from Wharton.

    Before joining Mosaic Private, Ash worked as a Fund and Management Accountant at HedgeServ and Vicinity Centres, cultivating his property expertise and modelling proficiency. Since joining Mosaic Private, Ash has built upon his skillset, developing significant credit expertise and demonstrating ingenuity in crafting funding solutions.

    Ash holds a Bachelor of Accounting and Information Systems (Professional) from Swinburne University and is completing his final CPA examination.

    Matt is a private credit professional with nine years of experience in debt advisory, origination and project analysis.

    Before joining Mosaic Private as Senior Associate, Matt worked for seven years at a commercial broking firm, focusing on the analysis and execution of a wide range of investment and development transactions. His last two years at Pallas Capital focused on procuring new lending opportunities and helping deliver risk-adjusted returns for their investors.

    Matt holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Finance & Economics) from Deakin University.

He joins us from Commonwealth Bank of Australia, where he supported the origination and execution of real estate investment and development transactions within the Major Client Group. Prior to this, Viren spent three years at Urbis, developing strong capabilities in property economics, feasibility analysis, and market research for developers, REITs, and institutional investors.

    Viren holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics & Finance) with a minor in Real Estate from the University of Melbourne.

Prior to joining Mosaic Private, Brenda served as a Senior Operations Manager at MSC Trustees and a Senior Fund Administrator at Australian Unity. She played a pivotal role in designing and implementing efficient operational frameworks, conducting rigorous quality control, and ensuring full compliance with evolving regulatory standards.

Brenda holds an Executive MBA, a Master’s degree in International Relations, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

Prior to this, Kiru was part of the investor relations team at Vista Equity Partners in San Francisco, where she managed complex executive schedules across the US and Asia Pacific, and supported key stakeholder engagement activities. 

Kiru has also held roles with ANZ, Morgan Stanley, and Deakin University, developing expertise in executive support, compliance, private wealth administration, and organisational change. Her experience spans both corporate and investment environments, with a strong focus on precision, coordination, and trusted relationship management. 

Lucy Herbet

Lucy is the Executive Assistant at Mosaic Private and has been with the fund since its origination six years ago. With over a decade of experience in the finance industry, she brings knowledge in operations, compliance, organisation, and executive support.

Prior to joining Mosaic Private, Lucy worked alongside David Cowen as a mortgage broker and held key operational roles at Finstra. She holds a Certificate IV in Financial Services.
