Project Information

Mosaic has acted for the developers since the site acquisition in 2011 and advised during the planning phase working closely with the consultant team. When the site was development ready, we secured the senior debt development funding with a trusted non-bank partner and provided mezzanine debt from our Fund. The blended funding solution allowed the developers flexibility to get the project underway with lease and pre-sales milestones.  

254 Hampshire was designed in high quality that provides a vibrant hub where local business owners operate; tenants and owner-occupiers alike will live in apartments near the train station and enjoy the rooftop terrace and amenities. 

We can proudly state that this development is complete with six stories comprising 16 retail shops, 5 offices, 56 apartments, car parks and a rooftop gym with communal space.
