Project Information

Since site acquisition, Mosaic partnered with the development group and provided pre-development funding from our private credit fund. When the site was development ready, we facilitated the senior debt construction funding with a major bank and provided secondary funding support to escalate the project completion.

Perched on the top of Elizabeth St, with amazing views in all directions, we are pleased to report that the four story development with 27 apartments and one retail tenancy is now complete.
