Tony Woods
Chairman & Strategic Risk Advisor
LinkedInTony has over three decades of experience in senior executive banking roles.
Prior roles include Group General Manager Oversight (Global) and Group General Manager - Corporate and Specialised Banking Risk at NAB, holding a personal credit sign off of $400m and a Group Credit Committee member, decisioning the bank’s largest deals globally.
He was also Head of Commercial, Business and Private Banking Credit at ANZ. He led compliance, risk/oversight, and legal and credit decisioning functions in these roles.
In his latest role, he was Chief Risk officer at one of Australia’s largest private credit funds, MaxCap.

David Cowen BCom (Eco)
Chief Executive Officer (Co-Founder)
LinkedInDavid founded a finance broking company at 22 years old while completing an Economics degree at Monash University, growing the business from one client to thousands.
Over those 15 years, he originated, funded, and managed ~$2.5 billion of residential, commercial, business, and private credit transactions and developed deep relationships with trusted bank and non-bank funding partners.
After managing the Harris family’s private credit investments since 2018, they formalised the partnership and co-founded Mosaic Private. As Chief Executive Officer, David is responsible for funds management, capital raising, investment execution and business strategy.

Brad Harris
Co-Founder
Brad has extensive fund management and investment experience. He sits on four Investment Committees that each manage nine-figure investment portfolios. He is the founder of two fund management businesses and has overseen the implementation of multiple fund structures, deal structures, investment, compliance, and governance initiatives.
He is CEO and Chairman of Harris Capital, a leading Australian family office with extensive asset and investment management experience and a $25m cornerstone investment in the Mosaic Capital Fund.
Brad sits on four charitable boards, including The Epworth Medical Foundation, Hawthorn Football Club Foundation and Harris Family Foundation.

Ben White
General Counsel
LinkedInBen is a senior lawyer with more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and has worked for major international law firms in Melbourne and London, including King & Wood Mallesons and Linklaters, where he specialised in property finance.
He also worked for a law firm in the Cayman Islands where he specialised in hedge fund and private equity fund formation and governance.
In previous roles Ben was the Director of Legal for Intertrust Group, a Euronext listed financial services business and General Counsel at one of Australia’s largest private credit investment managers, MaxCap.
Ben is also a member of the Mosaic Private Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee.

Craig Ferguson
IC Macroeconomic Advisor
LinkedInCraig has over 30 years of experience in economic research, forecasting and commentary.
After working at JP Morgan and ANZ Investment Bank, he started Antipodean Capital in 2006, which has become a world-class domestic and global focussed economic research and forecasting firm.
In 2022, Craig joined Mosaic Private as our Macroeconomic Advisor, attending the Investment Committee and providing daily macroeconomic updates to the team.

Parrish Davis

LinkedInParrish is a financial services executive with over 20 years’ experience leading operational functions across public and private markets.
She has held senior roles and directorships at Evans and Partners (E&P Financial Group) and Evans Family Office, where she established and scaled governance, risk, compliance, and operational frameworks across financial services, digital, property and leisure developments.
Parrish brings expertise in wholesale and retail investment operations and has served on Investment, Compliance, and Audit & Risk Committees. She holds a Bachelor of Business from Monash University and joins Mosaic Private with a proven track record leading business transformation, and fostering high-performing, values-led organisations. -

Geoff Harris
Advisor
Geoff is a co-founder of Flight Centre, one of the world’s largest travel businesses with operations in 25 countries.
He is an experienced private equity and private credit investor, including being the first investor in Boost Juice, assisting its growth from 4 stores to over 200 stores.
He has extensive philanthropic interests in developing affordable housing and supporting disadvantaged youth, including social enterprises STREAT and Reach foundations.

Kim Dema
Chief Financial Officer
LinkedInKim brings 15 years of accounting and finance experience in a broad range of sectors including manufacturing, hospitality & tourism, investments and property development, with international exposure.
For the past 8 years, Kim has worked for large private family offices as CFO, responsible for large investment holdings across venture capital, private equity, property & operating businesses.
She holds an undergrad in Business Accounting & Marketing, Masters in Commerce (Professional Accounting) and an Executive MBA.
Kim has held multiple Board and Committee positions, providing a high level of financial acumen, specialising in strategic business growth and scenario based modelling.

LinkedInPauline’s career in human resources has spanned many years, encompassing the public and private sectors, large corporates, SMEs and startups, and consulting for more than a decade.
She was an inaugural Officeworks team member, participating in the pre-opening and launch. Over five years, she worked in-store operational and head office human resource roles.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Pauline is committed to supporting families navigating the challenging journey of coping with the loss of a child or sibling as a volunteer with The Compassionate Friends.
Pauline oversees recruitment as well as people and culture for Mosaic Private.

Associate Director – Portfolio Investment
LinkedInCarla is a qualified valuer and solicitor with over ten years of experience working in various capacities across the real estate sector.
After obtaining her valuation qualification (CPV) while working at Savills, she transitioned to law as a solicitor at Maddocks and King & Wood Mallesons.
Her latest role marked her move into the property investment sector as an Acquisitions and Investment analyst for an internationally owned developer/financier.
She holds a master’s degree in urban planning and property (valuations) from the University of Melbourne and a Juris Doctor degree from Monash University. -
Joe Tobin
Associate Director
LinkedInJoe is an Associate Director with six years’ experience in commercial property advisory and transaction execution.
Prior to joining Mosaic Private, Joe worked at Stamford Capital, where he structured finance solutions for a diverse client base, from individual investors to large-scale developers.
He has built a broad network across financial services and the commercial property sector, underpinned by a practical understanding of market dynamics, client needs and is recognised for his ability to deliver clear and actionable advice.

Ash Carey
Senior Associate
LinkedInAsh joined as an Analyst two years ago and has progressed to Senior Associate.
Before joining Mosaic Private, Ash worked as a Fund and Management Accountant at HedgeServ and Vicinity Centres, cultivating his property expertise and modelling proficiency. Since joining Mosaic Private, Ash has built upon his skillset, developing significant credit expertise and demonstrating ingenuity in crafting funding solutions.
Ash holds a Bachelor of Accounting and Information Systems (Professional) from Swinburne University and is completing his final CPA examination. -
Matthew Mallison
Senior Associate
LinkedInMatt is a private credit professional with nine years of experience in debt advisory, origination and project analysis.
Before joining Mosaic Private as Senior Associate, Matt worked for seven years at a commercial broking firm, focusing on the analysis and execution of a wide range of investment and development transactions. His last two years at Pallas Capital focused on procuring new lending opportunities and helping deliver risk-adjusted returns for their investors.
Matt holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Finance & Economics) from Deakin University.

He began his career at Urbis, providing research and advisory on the built environment, before moving to the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA), where he focused on real estate finance within the Major Client Group. In his current role at Mosaic Private, Viren supports deal execution, due diligence, and investment strategy across real estate secured credit funding.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance & Economics) from the University of Melbourne and is a CFA Level III candidate. -
Harrison Overall

Prior to joining Mosaic Private as Financial Controller, Tina spent 11 years at Vanguard Investments Australia, leading finance teams across both funds and the trustee. During this time, she was a key driver of growth through major system implementations, regulatory transitions and audits. Tina also held senior finance roles at Lifestyle Communities and UniSuper.
Tina holds a Bachelor of Arts and Business (Accounting) from Monash University and a full member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand. -
