Mosaic has partnered with Habita Property Group and Sketch Building Design since 2018 and assisted with various funding options. This luxury townhouse development in Elwood is a prime example of their architectural design excellence and build quality.

Mosaic facilitated the site acquisition funding in Elwood while they were completing two other projects, and when this site was development ready, it was funded by a major bank.
