Caringbah South – Complete

Mosaic provided private credit funding to a well credentialled development group to construct seven luxury two storey townhouses with ground level double garages and two inground pools. The project was managed by Mosaic in conjunction with the builder and trusted external consultants.  

After being delayed in approval with a major institution, our private credit solution gave them the certainty of funding, and the project is now complete with the facility repaid within the term.
