Mosaic has actively worked closely with the developer, H.CO, since site acquisition, planning, securing tenants, engaging with external consultants and broking senior debt funding with trusted non-bank partner La Trobe Financial. The developer has appointed Mosaic as a specialist debt adviser to manage their entire portfolio.

We are proud that Maybloom in Clyde North is now complete and brings together health, wellness, fitness & lifestyle across a vibrant, 18-hour health and wellbeing centre. Comprising three contemporary buildings, it will reward tenants with access to the vast population and retail spending potential of one of Australia fastest growing residential corridors.
