Along with the commercial outcomes we hoped to achieve with Mosaic, aligning with charities and social enterprise was written on our first business plan over five years ago.
We were pleased to host 160 people in late November for our second annual Mosaic Charity Showcase supporting Equine Pathways Australia at Leonda in Hawthorn. Our community gathered to raise awareness and funding and significantly contribute to the lives and dreams of the Equine Pathway Australia community.
We were privileged to hear from EPA Chairman Warren Moore about how the funds raised have enabled them to start regular clinics interstate and broaden their community and impact. A panel discussion with EPA Founder Julia Battams, EPA athletes Mel Hilton and Noella Angel, and EPA Parent Liz Corrington provided emotional insights when participant shared their disability journey and how the connection with the horses and the EPA community allows them to express themselves and feel accepted without judgement.
We are proud to share that we raised over $100,000 to help Julia and the EPA team continue their phenomenal work.
