Mosaic worked closely with the developers to provide a private credit first mortgage from the Mosaic Capital Fund to pay out an existing lender and complete the construction of the site. We actively managed the construction phase with the superintendent and builder with regular site visits and completed the project ahead of schedule. Upon completion, the property was successfully sold at auction, and the facility was repaid.
